Licensing Images |

If I make beautiful
images that no one ever sees, my time and effort will be for
nothing. My images are copyrighted, but I also offer a Creative
Commons license that allows others to use my images online for
personal, non-commercial purposes. Here are some additional details
regarding this licensing:
Attribution, Non-Commercial License:
Under Creative Commons you are free to share, copy, distribute or
transmit my images under these conditions: You must attribute the
image to Greg Fabricius Photography, with a link to my site, and the image
must not be used
for commercial purposes under any circumstance.
Examples:

An image for a personal blog post or online article about Cache Valley or about photography

An individual using the image as desktop wallpaper for a computer
monitor
**Producing a print to display in your home or office is not
included in this license.
Prints:
If you find an image you would like to display in your home or
office please respect the time and money involved in making these
images by purchasing a print from my online store. I post low
resolution files to this site for ease of display, understanding
that they will work well for online free use options, but they are
not the high resolution files that make the best prints. Images in
the portfolio of this site are linked to the online store via a "Buy
Print" button, or you can browse the entire online store gallery
here.
Commercial Licensing:
Commercial use of images for online or print marketing is allowed only if expressly granted by
Greg Fabricius Photography. These uses will incur a licensing fee
that takes into consideration your intended use. Contact us by email
